A Global Israel-based multidisciplinary technology company is seeking a visionary, future-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology vision and drive modernization across products , R&D and IT. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, with a strong focus on embedded systems, software, AI integration, and end-to-end productization. This position is ideal for an experienced technology leader ready to step into (or further grow within) a C-level role and lead transformation in a complex, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: * Define and execute the company’s technology and innovation roadmap in alignment with business strategy. * Modernize and transform R&D into an agile, product-driven, innovation-focused organization. * Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across software, embedded systems, hardware, and system integration. * Drive the full products lifecycle—from concept and architecture through development, deployment, and commercialization. * Ensure effective collaboration between technology, product, operations, and business teams. * Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies, with emphasis on AI, automation, and smart embedded systems. * Establish scalable development processes, best practices, and quality standards. * Represent technology leadership internally and externally when required. Qualifications: * 10–15+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles including recent experience as CTO or Head of Technology. * Strong background in embedded systems, software development, and AI/ML applications. * Proven experience in productization and delivering complex, mission-critical systems. * Track record of leading organizational and cultural change within engineering teams. * Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage. * Fluent English and Hebrew
