– רמת גן עם מעבר לאזור הדרום בסוף השנה A veteran and leading technological unit within the IDF is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of advanced, mission-critical operational systems with direct real-world impact. Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: strategy, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement Lead complex technological products in highly constrained and secure environments, including closed networks Drive data-informed decisions and manage the evolution of existing products Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, operations, and senior stakeholders Lead both B2B and B2C products Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager on complex technological products Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Solid knowledge of core project management methodologies Experience working in closed / isolated network environments Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies Strong ability to independently lead products end-to-end Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advantages Technical background Military operational or leadership experience Bachelor’s degree
