Help Desk Team Lead – Global High-Tech Company A successful global high-tech company with a young, dynamic environment is looking for a Help Desk Team Lead to join its Technical Support Center in Ashdod. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily shift operations and lead the support team * Monitor, route, and control support tickets and technical issues * Provide technical support and customer guidance * Perform qualitative and quantitative quality control of support representatives * Work closely with internal interfaces and communicate customer requirements Requirements: * Previous experience in technical support / help desk – mandatory * Any leadership or managerial experience (including military or other roles) – mandatory * Strong technical orientation and ability to work under pressure and multitask * High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills * High level of English (reading and writing) Advantages: * Experience with IT systems and/or communication technologies * Experience in Fintech / Credit / Payments environments
