We’re Hiring: a Software QA Engineer to join a team working on advanced algorithmic and web-based systems, with a focus on testing ballistic calculations based in Yokneam, full-time (on-site). Responsibilities * Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases * Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities * Identify, record, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle * Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes * Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet client and system requirements * Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to define and validate system requirements * Monitor and analyze debugging results and system behavior * Test ballistic calculations and algorithmic software components * Perform testing of ballistic software applications and algorithms Requirements * Strong technical understanding and technical background – Must * Good English communication skills – Must * Full-stack knowledge – Advantage * Solid understanding of web architecture – Advantage * High-level mathematics and physics background (4/5 units) – Must * Practical software engineering experience -Advantage * Background or experience in Artillery / ballistic systems -Advantage * Experience with JIRA and Confluence -Advantage * Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities * Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure * Fast learner with the ability to work independently * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude Why should you join us? * Grow your career in a stable, innovative environment * Collaborate closely with clients to deliver smart, high-quality solutions * Make an impact in a dynamic, learning-driven environment * Be part of a human, value-driven organization that cares
