• volume manual tasks for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and collaborate with Product teams to implement AI
• driven workflows. Change Management: Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and establishing feedback loops for frontline employees. Performance Analysis: Calculate ROI for automation projects and ensure the existing tech stack (CRM, ERP) is used to its full potential. The Ingredients Experience: Proven background in Operational Excellence (OpEx) and workforce management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in WFM software, data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI), and Process Mapping. Automation Knowledge: Experience with automation tools like UiPath or Power Automate. Mindset: Analytical mindset with influential leadership skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and project management certification (PMP/Prince2)
