• making in sensitive markets, and building and maintaining compliance policies and processes that enable entities to operate quickly, securely and in compliance with applicable regulations. Requirements 3
• 4 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in
• house at a global organization, with significant exposure to international compliance (e.g., sanctions, export controls, FDI/CFIUS and cybersecurity regulations) Excellent analytical and drafting skills in Hebrew and English, with strong business orientation and the ability to simplify complexity Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast
• paced, cross
• functional environment with multiple stakeholders, tasks and deadlines High English proficiency level (reading, writing and speaking) and experience working in English
