• quality Zionism educational programming that strengthens Jewish identity, Israel engagement, and Jewish peoplehood. This is a contract position, compensated at a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience, supporting Nefesh B’Nefesh and ZEI by facilitating meaningful learning experiences for gap
• year students, high school summer programs, Birthright and adult learners in Israel and the Diaspora. The position reports to the Director of the Zionist Education Initiative (ZEI). Key Responsibilities Deliver Zionism educational programming and classes across ZEI
• Nefesh B’Nefesh platforms, including gap
• year students, high school summer programs, Birthright and adult learners in Israel and the Diaspora. Teach core content areas including Zionism, Jewish history, archaeology, and modern Israeli society. Support adult learning programs at the Nefesh B’Nefesh campus, including lectures, discussion groups, and special events. Foster inclusive, respectful, and engaging educational environments. Mentor participants and encourage leadership, ambassadorship, and ongoing Israel engagement. Qualifications Required Background in Jewish education, Zionism, Jewish history, or a related field Experience teaching or facilitating educational programs Strong knowledge of Israel and Jewish peoplehood Native level English Excellent communication and presentation skills Alignment with the mission and values of Nefesh B’Nefesh Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences Preferred Experience with gap
