Are you ready to go global? We are seeking for Procurement Coordinator. In this position, you will play a critical role in the success of our business by developing purchasing strategies, working with suppliers, and buying products and supplies for our fleet of vessels across the globe. Purchasing Receiving requisitions from vessels via superintendents. Locating suitable sources and port of supply. Spare parts acquisitions according to machinery and suppliers. Receive quotations for spare parts and consumables via suppliers. Responsible for ordering and arranging supply to the vessels of spare parts, technical equipment, consumables, and expendables including logistics. Repairs Receiving requisitions from vessels via superintendents for repair job of fleet vessels around the world. Locate suitable workshops to carry out the service and order the service accordingly. Follow up attendance and completion of service and receiving of relevant service reports. Support and Logistics To maintain continuous contact with suppliers both in Israel and abroad for clarifying of technical/repair problems during the purchasing and repair process and implementations. Coordinate logistics in the most cost
• efficient means to manage delivery of shipments to our vessels. Invoices approval/special repairs Approval of invoice against purchasing and repair purchase orders from suppliers and workshops. Support department manager in special repair jobs as and when required Requirements We are looking for: Academic education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field

• 2 years professional experience as a buyer in purchasing department
• Advantage Professional knowledge (practical engineer in the technical field. Preference to Naval academy graduate)
• Advantage Knowledge and experience in reading of technical specification/drawings
• Advantage. Good command of English
• level of negotiation and expression
• A must. Proficient in Microsoft Office
