Head of Data, Analytics & AI this role is accountable for turning data into revenue growth, profitability, and better business decisions. You are responsible for ensuring that management decisions are based on accurate data, deep analysis, and clear financial insight
– and that those decisions translate into measurable results. AI, analytics, and BI are tools. Business impact is the responsibility. What You’ll Lead: * Full ownership of data, analytics, and AI capabilities as business assets * Revenue and profitability analysis across products, traffic, users, and partners * Building and maintaining reliable data foundations for executive decision-making * Designing analytical frameworks & Ensuring management has clear answers to core questions * Leading AI-driven initiatives only where they directly improve commercial outcomes * Defining KPIs, measuring impact, and holding teams accountable for results What We’re Looking For: * 5-7+ years of experience in senior data / analytics roles with direct responsibility for business performance * Proven experience influencing or owning revenue, profitability, or cost efficiency * Strong background in business analysis and financial thinking
– not just dashboards * Ability to work with large-scale data and translate it into clear executive-level insights * Experience working closely with CEOs, CFOs, and executive leadership * Comfort being accountable for numbers, trade-offs, and outcomes * Academic background in a quantitative field (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.)
