We’re looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience working in a B2B2C or B2B environment to own and lead end-to-end product initiatives that directly impact our customers and their players. You’ll work closely with leading mobile game enterprises, own a dedicated development squad, and drive features that improve onboarding, time-to-value, and monetization outcomes. This role requires strong product thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and real business impact. Responsibilities * Own and lead product initiatives end-to-end- from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration * Work closely with leading mobile game enterprises worldwide to understand their needs, pain points, and growth opportunities * Drive features that improve customer experience, onboarding time, and time-to-value * Lead monetization-focused features and tools that directly impact end users * Define clear product requirements that are achievable, well-scoped, and aligned with business goals * Partner closely with R&D, Design, and Customer Success to build and execute product roadmaps * Lead cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery * Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product strategy * Champion customer experience through usability testing, feedback loops, and deep user understanding * Drive alignment, make tradeoffs, and communicate decisions clearly across stakeholders Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B2C or B2B environment * Experience working proactively with customers * Strong product methodology and structured thinking * Obsessed with user experience * Solid understanding of technical constraints and system complexity * Data-driven decision-maker, using both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis * Excellent communicator with the ability to influence without formal authority
