• driven insights to scale brand reach, optimize performance marketing, and directly influence our bottom line across global social platforms. What you'll be doing: Strategic Campaign Management: Architect and execute full
• funnel paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging platforms to meet growth and ROI targets. Manage daily optimizations, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximize efficiency. A/B test creative elements, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion rates continuously. Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to brief and develop high
• performing assets (video, static, and copy) tailored to platform
• specific behaviors. Maintain brand integrity while ensuring all content is optimized for high engagement and platform trends. Measurement & Advanced Analytics: Own the data stack for social ads, utilizing tools like AppsFlyer, GA4, Mixpanel, and internal BI dashboards to track attribution and LTV. Synthesize complex data into actionable weekly reports that provide stakeholders with clear insights into performance and future opportunities. Cross
• Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product and R&D to ensure seamless implementation of tracking and technical alignment for conversion events. Work alongside Data & BI to refine audience modeling and improve predictive targeting capabilities. Stay ahead of the curve by identifying shifts in privacy regulations (iOS changes, etc.) and industry trends to keep our strategy future
