• ranging financial responsibilities, including oversight of reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities. You will work closely with the Group CFO and collaborate with teams in both Israel and the U.S. to help drive our continued growth. _*Key Responsibilities:*_ * Responsible for partnering with the group’s CFO and assist in financial planning, finance reporting and more complex finance projects. * Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for multiple U.S. based entities. * Oversee the audit process for the group's real estate funds, in collaboration with external auditors. * Prepare tax reports and manage regulatory compliance requirements across entities. * Manage finance reporting and annual budgets for the group’s entities. * Operate and monitor financial management systems. * Coordinate with U.S. based teams (accounting, asset management, external consultants). * Support transactions, including due diligence and financial structuring. * Maintain and improve financial workflows and internal procedures. _*Qualifications and Requirements:*_ * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the highest level of integrity. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and precision. * Service
