Ashtrom Renewable Energy is hiring a Procurement & Contracts Manager Ashtrom Renewable Energy operates as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), specializing in the development, financing, construction, and operation of large-scale renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities * Supplier Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, oversee supplier performance, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and identify new suppliers and contractors (with a focus on solar panel and battery suppliers, as well as EPC and O&M contractors) * Tender & Contract Management: Lead tender processes and negotiations through contract signing, coordinating with relevant stakeholders (legal, finance, etc.) * Budget Management: Manage procurement and contract budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with financial targets * Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement and contractual risks, including financial and legal aspects during project execution. Monitor and audit supplier/contractor performance while adapting contracts to project needs Location: LYFE Towers, Bnei Brak Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or another relevant field – mandatory * 5+ years of experience in procurement and contracts management, preferably in renewable energy – mandatory * Proven experience drafting and managing contracts (Hebrew & English) – mandatory * Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory, as the role involves working with global stakeholders and service providers * Strong technical background – significant advantage * High attention to detail, creative problem-solving, independent and team-oriented work style * Strong time management and prioritization skills
