Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Service and Support Engineer located in Petah Tikva. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, technical assistance, and troubleshooting services to ensure the operational efficiency of Watergen's innovative technologies. Responsibilities include field service tasks, maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and working closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Qualifications * Strong customer support and service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience * Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively * Experience in technical support and field service operations * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Availability to travel if required * Background in engineering or a related technical field is desirable
