Finance Assistant Location: In-office | Har Tuv Department: Finance Dept Reports to: Company Controller & CFO Role Overview We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the daily financial operations of the company while working directly with the Company Controller and CFO. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on exposure to financial management, reporting, and strategic planning within a growing organization. The Finance Assistant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and assisting leadership with insights that drive informed decisions. Key Responsibilities * Support the Controller and CFO with day-to-day financial operations * Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking * Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation * Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking * Support audits, tax filings, and compliance-related tasks * Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies * Contribute to process improvements and financial controls as the company scales Qualifications * 1–3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role (internships included) * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is a plus * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Clear communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership * Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow How to Apply Send your resume to Jobs@ephoca.com
