BYO Inc. is building a no-code, sovereign LLM platform to democratize intelligence. We’re looking for a Senior LLM Developer to design, build, and deploy production-grade LLM systems at scale. What You’ll Do * Build and ship LLM-based systems end to end (training, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference). * Design scalable, robust LLM architectures for real-world use. * Translate product needs into effective technical solutions. * Contribute to technical direction through hands-on execution. * Stay current with state-of-the-art LLM methods and tools. What We’re Looking For * 5+ years in ML/AI, with strong hands-on LLM experience. * Deep experience with PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face, W&B. * Proven production experience with LLMs. * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Individual contributor role. No people management.
