Community Manager BYO Inc. is building a no-code, sovereign LLM platform to democratize intelligence. We’re looking for a Community Manager to build, run, and grow BYO’s global user communities, driving engagement, loyalty, and awareness around BYO’s values, products, and vision. What You Will Do * Own and manage BYO’s global user communities on an ongoing basis. * Create and publish viral, high-quality content across Discord, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Circle, and Medium. * Produce and manage diverse content formats, including posts, short videos, long-form videos, blogs, and community updates. * Drive daily engagement, discussions, and active participation across all community channels. * Build and nurture a strong, loyal community around BYO’s products and mission. * Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to surface user feedback and insights. * Track, analyze, and optimize community performance metrics such as engagement, growth, and retention. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience managing and growing consumer-facing or user communities, ideally for digital or tech products. * Proven experience creating high-engagement and viral content across social and community platforms. * Deep understanding of user behavior, engagement mechanics, and organic growth strategies. * Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Circle, and Medium. * Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format per platform. * Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and improving community KPIs. * Excellent communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently.
