We are seeking a highly skilled Software Product Manager with expertise in security, operations, and risk mitigation to drive customer-facing initiatives and ensure robust physical security concept of operations (ConOps) planning. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business requirements, working closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to develop secure and resilient software solutions. Responsibilities: * Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the roadmap for security operation and safety focused software C5I product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. * Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, gathering requirements, addressing security concerns, and delivering risk mitigation strategies. * Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across strategic sites and operational environments. * Concept of Operations (ConOps) Planning: Design and oversee the execution of physical security ConOps, integrating software/Hardware solutions with operational security protocols. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, security, compliance, and operations teams to develop secure, scalable, and resilient software solutions. * Incident Response & Mitigation: Lead efforts in incident response planning, security risk assessments, and operational security reviews. * Product Security Advocacy: Promote best security practices internally and externally, advocating for security-by-design principles. Requirements: Required Qualifications & Experience: * Experience: Minimum 5+ years in National security or defense, with a focus on mission planning and risk analysis. * Security Expertise: Strong understanding of Homeland Security, risk mitigation strategies, and physical security frameworks. * Customer-Facing Experience: Proven ability to interface with customers, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product strategies. * Operational Security Knowledge: Experience in security ConOps planning, operational risk management, and security incident response. * Technical Background: Understanding of software development, security architecture, encryption, and access control methodologies. * Compliance & Regulations: Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR * Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess security risks and develop strategic mitigation plans. Preferred Qualifications: * High ranked commanding officer in one of the following: National police, Army or intelligence agencies. * Demonstration capabilities and audience facing * Experience in mobile security, endpoint security. * Knowledge of security operations centers (SOCs), SIEM solutions, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. * Experience as TPM * Experience working with government or enterprise security environments. Mandatory Skills & Requirements: * Languages: Proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) is mandatory. * Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, confluence)
