Role Description We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Beit Shemesh location. This full-time role involves managing various HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, organizing training programs, maintaining employee data, and supporting HR projects. The HR Coordinator will work closely with team members and management to ensure a positive workplace atmosphere and compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications * Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes * Knowledge of general HR practices, employee relations, and organizational support * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in Israel * Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred * Fluent in Hebrew; good command of English is an advantage
