Responsibilities * Initiate and manage marketing campaigns in the international military market * Lead cross-organizational business development processes * Maintain close relationships with business partners and end users * Achieve short- and long-term new business targets Requirements * Relevant academic degree * MBA or equivalent – an advantage * At least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex international programs and/or leading marketing campaigns and business development * Experience and background in land-based electro-optical warfare systems – an advantage * Experience in the defense industry – an advantage * Experience as a Marketing Manager in a multidisciplinary business company – an advantage * Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and proven ability to lead marketing campaigns * Excellent interpersonal skills – a true team player * Ability to work independently with various client levels, excellent communication and presentation skills, professional presence * Very high level of English (written and spoken) * Additional languages – an advantage * Willingness to work intensively, including irregular hours * Willingness to travel abroad frequently, including for extended periods * Relevant military background – an advantage The position is open to all genders.
