Head of Product | High-Growth Cyber Stealth Startup A fast-growing, stealth-mode cybersecurity start-up on a mission to redefine the Observability & Data Security landscape. About the Role As a first Head of Product, you will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will start as a hands-on leader, working closely with our design and engineering teams, and quickly transition into building and mentoring a world-class product department. What You’ll Do * Define and execute the product roadmap for a complex, technical B2B SaaS platform. * Initially, lead the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery to launch, gradually shifting to a strategic management role as you hire your team. * Work closely with our high-profile global customers to deeply understand their needs and translate them into scalable features. * Recruit and mentor a team of Product Managers and Designers to support our rapid growth. Requirements * At least 3+ years of experience in product management leadership (Head of/Director level). * Deep background in B2B SaaS Cybersecurity. Experience in Data Security is a big advantage. * You have been part of a start-up that successfully scaled and have experience managing a team of at least 3 PMs. * Ability to thrive in a technical environment and hold high-level discussions with R&D and CTOs. * A "get things done" mentality. You are comfortable being hands-on while keeping the big picture in mind. * English Speaker – a must.
