Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Haifa. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media channels, and ensuring engagement with target audiences. The role will include analyzing data, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve growth objectives. Qualifications * Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) * Strong skills in Communication and Writing for social media platforms * Experience in creating effective and engaging Content Strategies * Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns * Ability to stay updated on social media trends and strategies * Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred * Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
