– Haifa Responsibilities * Managing procurement processes: Tracking orders, working with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery conditions * Logistics responsibility: Managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and monitoring distribution processes * Utilizing Excel for data analysis, creating reports and graphs, and performing complex calculations * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers * Track and update inventory levels in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting * Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and delivery notes * Support purchasing and production planning by ensuring materials availability Requirements * Previous experience in procurement/logistics/warehouse roles – a significant advantage * High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis) – a must * Strong command of English (both written and spoken) – a must * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Why should you join us? * Grow your career in a stable, innovative environment * Collaborate closely with clients to deliver smart, high-quality solutions * Make an impact in a dynamic, learning-driven environment * Be part of a human, value-driven organization that cares
