Airwayz is seeking a part time Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. The position requires a proactive individual with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: This is a part-time position (60% of a full-time role) Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, including ordering office supplies and managing service providers. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support across all departments, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees. Financial Coordination: Work closely with the finance department, including managing invoices, processing payments, and preparing payroll data. Employee Welfare: Plan and execute activities for employee welfare, including events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to enhance the workplace environment. Requirements: * 2-4 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. * Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
