About the opportunity: We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our Accounting team. This position will focus on providing full bookkeeping support for our Singapore entity while being based in Israel. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment, support key financial operations, and contribute to the successful implementation of new systems and processes. What you will do: * Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations * Oversee day to day accounting for the Singapore entity and provide support for additional entities when required * Handle intercompany invoicing and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting * Support both internal and external audits by maintaining organized financial documentation * Assist in the team’s transition to NetSuite, including data entry, validation, and process improvement * Manage invoice submissions and approvals through Salesforce, ensuring compliance with internal policies * Collaborate closely with the finance leadership team to enhance efficiency and accuracy across operations Requirements: * Bookkeeping certification (level 1+2) * Previous experience in bookkeeping within international companies- a must * Proficiency in English * Experience with NetSuite- an advantage * Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail and organizational skills * A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A few of our office benefits & perks: * Private chef for breakfast and lunch. * Weekly happy hours * Wellness center with yoga classes, company trips, Sup and much more!
