Lead AI Developer in EdTech ~ About the Venture: As part of the process of integrating Artificial Intelligence tools into processes in educational systems, we are in the advanced stages of developing a unique educational model that combines guidance with innovative approaches and technological tools based on artificial intelligence. Our system integrates deep pedagogical data, psycho-social team analysis, and Generative AI to create an innovative and optimal educational experience in schools. ~ We Are Looking For: We are seeking a technological leader to spearhead the development of our venture. The role involves supporting the initial pilot phase and subsequently expanding the project into a full-scale product. ~ The Role Requires: o Full Stack Architect & Developer: A professional with a passion for AI and education. o Hands-on Approach: Someone who isn't afraid to "get their hands dirty" with code while maintaining the ability to see the big picture. o Core Responsibilities:
• Building the system from scratch (MVP).
• Integration of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Handling and securing sensitive data. ~ Professional Challenges: o Building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for ingesting large amounts of pedagogical information (CEO circulars, research, regulations). o Developing algorithms for mapping and clustering staff based on questionnaires. o Designing and establishing a secure database (Vector DB) to ensure user privacy. o Working closely with a pedagogy expert to translate educational needs into technological solutions. ~ Mandatory Requirements: o Proven experience in Python development (Backend). o Deep experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain/LlamaIndex). o Knowledge of Vector Databases such as: Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma. o Basic understanding of Frontend for building a dashboard and initial user interface. o Ability to work independently and quickly. ~ Significant Advantage: * Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP). * Experience in developing Knowledge Management systems. * Affinity for the world of social/formal education.
