We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Solutions Manager to join Briya’s Medical team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about applying clinical knowledge in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, and thrive at the intersection of medicine, AI, real-world data, and research innovation As a Medical Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in translating clinical questions into data-driven research projects, supporting the development of high-quality, structured medical datasets for pharma and life science clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data analysis, and data science, and work closely with healthcare systems to ensure accurate and complete data curation. This role involves crafting research briefs and designs, managing communication channels, and overseeing the execution of data-driven projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of real-world evidence by leveraging AI for standardized, and harmonized settings of care. Who You Are: * A medical doctor with strong clinical judgment and curiosity for evidence-based, data-driven healthcare * Analytical and independent, yet collaborative and communicative * Comfortable switching between strategic thinking, methodological rigor, and hands-on execution Requirements: * Medical degree (MD or equivalent), with 1–3 years of clinical experience * Prior work in healthtech, digital health, pharma, or startup environments * Strong epidemiological thinking and understanding of RWD/RWE concepts * Research experience – from hypothesis generation and execution to peer-reviewed publication * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail * High proficiency in English (written and spoken) Nice to Have: * Experience in clinical data annotation, medical NLP, or related areas * Advanced research degree (MPH, PHD, etc.) * Hands-on familiarity with data tools (SQL, Python, R, SPSS) * Knowledge in ICD coding systems, medication dictionaries, and clinical ontologies * Background or interest in product thinking or user needs * Client-facing experience or exposure to managing complex projects
