Join our global team, securing application connectivity, anywhere. We are hiring a Release Manager to join the R&D group in Israel. This is a temporary position for 8 months. Work independently and in team to ensure professional Release Management of AlgoSec releases towards efficiency, on time delivery and quality Work with several interfaces including Developers, QA and Product. Reporting to: PMO Director Location: Petah Tikva, Israel Direct Employment Responsibilities * Monitor tasks and progress of parallel releases * Working closely with our QA and DEV teams * Collect and analyze data from the teams, to provide insights, raise flags, and periodically present status of release * Providing resolution for problems including technical problems * Making sure the quality standards are met Requirements * Bachelor’s in computer engineering/computer science, or related field * 1 years of experience as a Release Manager or PMO. * Ability to lead a projects end to end and drive peers to execution * Strong sense of ownership and accountability * Technical literacy * Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (proactive, responsible, self-managed and team player) * Experience in Jira – advantage * Must be detail-oriented and problem-solving capabilities * Excellent English written and verbal communication skills AlgoSec is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO), committed to creating a friendly, diverse and inclusive company culture.
