We are seeking an Industrial Project Manager with experience in operational excellence . Job Description: * Manage and lead implementation of Operational Excellence projects. * Develop and promote operational excellence strategy at the site to reduce losses, waste, and inefficiencies in production and operational areas. * Implement improvement processes and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. * Supporting the company/site's strategic objectives. * Coordinate and lead advanced projects for the implementation of digital capabilities and solutions across various units. * Collaborate with multiple interfaces locally and internationally. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering. * Very high proficiency in Hebrew and English
