Lametayel, Israel’s leading travel information and equipment company, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with a passion for people and love for travel, to lead end-to-end recruitment processes across the organization. Maternity leave cover for 9–12 months Key Responsibilities: * Full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (stores, HQ,, and professional positions), including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. * Close collaboration with hiring managers across all departments. * Development and execution of recruitment initiatives, including job sites management and employee referral programs. * Managing onboarding processes from contract signing through completion of professional training and offboarding processes. * Supporting HR activities such as employee training, company events and HR systems management, recruitment reports. Position Details: * Full-time position based at the company offices in Petah Tikva, within walking distance of the Light Rail. * Duration: 9–12 months (Maternity leave replacement).
