• time Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team based in Tel Aviv. What you will be doing Serve as a trusted advisor to cross
• functional teams on a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on AI, commercial law, special projects, and IP
• related issues. Develop and implement workflows between the Product and Legal teams related to AI initiatives. Lead and support strategic initiatives, including AI projects, process automation, and other innovations, and deliver AI
• related legal training across the organization. Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B agreements, SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs, and terms & conditions. Provide guidance on intellectual property matters in the context of media, licensing, and technology. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify legal risks, propose creative solutions, and drive business growth. Requirements A licensed attorney with 5+ years of post
