About Regulus Regulus is a defense-tech startup, we are developing advanced solutions that protect critical systems against operational threats. Our systems are field-proven, deployed by the IDF and global partners, and have safeguarded lives and strategic assets. What you’ll do: * Lead full-cycle mechanical design of assemblies and complex systems – from concept to serial production. * Perform structural, thermal, and modal analyses. * Select suitable materials and manufacturing technologies. * Manage development and engineering processes end-to-end: from concept, through prototyping, to full production implementation, ensuring quality and supply chain standards. * Prepare drawings, production files, and BOMs according to ISO standards. * Develop mechanical solutions for multidisciplinary systems (mechanics, optics, RF, electronics, aeronautics). * Conduct verification & validation testing. * Work with advanced CAD tools: SolidWorks for design and PDM for production document management. Requirements: What we’re looking for: * B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory. * 5+ years of experience in mechanical design – mandatory. * High-level English (reading, writing, speaking). * Proficiency in SolidWorks – mandatory. * Proven experience in quality management within development and production (ECO/NCMR). * Background in multidisciplinary/defense/automotive/medical device industries – strong advantage. * Knowledge of CREO / CATIA / Siemens NX – advantage. * Experience with DFM/DFA processes – advantage. * Experience working with PLM/PDM systems. * Independent, detail-oriented, and team player.
