• Coordinate access/SSO, licenses/quotas, onboarding packages, training slots, and hyper
• care with CoE, IT, Security, Legal, and vendors.
• Run RAID rigor; escalate with options/impacts; close cross

• Partner with Program Analyst on dashboards and QBR packs (adoption, quality, cost

• Collect/track governance evidence with AI GRC (DPIA/TRA, bias/red

• Proven RAID discipline, vendor/SI coordination, and familiarity with budget/forecast tracking.
• Tools: Jira/Confluence, Excel/Sheets; BI exposure (Power BI/Looker/Tableau). Telecom/large
