We are looking for a highly analytical UX Designer with vast experience in complex systems to join our UX team. Responsibilities: * Create concepts and detailed designs for complex systems and user flow. * Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, etc.) * Stay abreast of emerging trends in UX research and design methodologies for complex systems. * Perform user research initiatives focusing on quantitative and qualitative data analysis and leverage data insights to identify user needs and pain points within complex systems. * Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions that optimize user journeys. Job Requirements: * 2 years of experience as a UX Designer with a proven track record of success in complex system design. * A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Design * A strong foundation in user research methodologies and a passion for data-driven design decisions. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present complex design concepts to both technical and non-technological audiences.
