abra R&D is seeking a QA Team Leader! We are looking for an experienced and hands-on QA Team Leader to manage all software testing activities, from planning to execution, in a dynamic and multi-project environment. This role combines leadership with strong technical involvement in both manual and automation testing, including developing and implementing test strategies and infrastructures. Requirements: * B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent * 4+ years of experience in software testing methodologies * 3+ years of experience in automation development and implementation * 2+ years of experience managing a QA/testing team * Strong knowledge of test case design, defect reporting, and test documentation * Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright and JavaScript Advantages * Programming background in C#/.NET * Knowledge of Web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) * Experience with DevOps tools and environments * Familiarity with Agile methodologies * Strong SQL skills and database testing experience
