E-Commerce Customer Service Representative (Remote – U.S.) About Us Stately is a stylist-curated clothing subscription service for the modern man. We deliver a highly personalized experience with apparel from today’s leading menswear brands—carefully selected to match each member’s lifestyle. About the Role We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves helping customers—whether the question is simple or complex. You’re patient, empathetic, and an excellent communicator who can put yourself in our members’ shoes. You’ll be the voice of Stately to our members, ensuring every interaction reflects care, clarity, and follow-through. This role requires strong attention to detail, initiative in problem-solving, and a passion for improving processes that enhance the member experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Stylists, warehouse teams, and leadership to ensure our members receive fast, accurate, and thoughtful support. Key Responsibilities * Manage a high volume of member communications across email, calls, sms, and social media in a timely and professional manner * Conduct daily member calls (20–60 per day), both inbound and scheduled * Identify member needs quickly and provide effective, empathetic solutions * Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipping/tracking updates * Build trust and long-term relationships through open, friendly, and consistent communication * Gather and share member feedback to help improve internal processes and member satisfaction * Go the extra mile to ensure every member feels heard and valued * Embrace Stately’s culture and commitment to exceptional service Qualifications * 2+ years of customer support experience (e-commerce or subscription industry preferred) * Must reside in the United States (remote position) * Availability to work at least one weekend day * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening abilities * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Experience with Gorgias, Google Sheets, and Slack is a plus * Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset * Bonus points if you’ve worked with a subscription-based company and understand the importance of building strong relationships with members Compensation $15.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience.
