As a Production Planner, you will play an integral role in our operations by leading all aspects of supply commitments. You will coordinate directly with supervisors leading all aspects of factory operations and encourage ongoing process improvements. You'll efficiently manage aging inventory, coordinate with various teams on demand and manufacturing timelines, and handle sales blocking issues. What You'll Be Doing * SAP PO Management: You will handle the management of Purchase Orders within the SAP system, ensuring smooth production. * SAP Transactions: Supervise the execution of SAP transactions within and between Contract Manufacturers (CM), ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management. * Develop innovative AI and LLM-based solutions to make planning processes more efficient. Participate in projects that automate routine tasks and increase data analysis depth. * Building, Monitoring & Analyzing Targets: You will be responsible for crafting, tracking, and analyzing targets and processes, with a focus on improving production efficiency. * Mitigating Production Risks: Proactively identify potential production risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smoothness operations. * Leading Supply Commitments: Supervise the delivery of supply commitments for various products, working closely with factory production managers to address and resolve any commit issue. * Driving Continuous Improvement: Take the lead in motivating the factory team towards constant improvements in processes and overall productivity. * Demand & Supply Planning Engagement: Collaborate with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to align demand and supply strategies, and to bridge any gaps between demand forecasts and production schedules. * Sales Escalations and Response: Serve as a key contact for sales escalations, providing efficient responses to maintain supply for heightened demand * Aging Inventory Management: Continually monitor and coordinate aging inventory to minimize obsolescence and waste, ensuring efficient stock turnover. What We Need To See * 5+ years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with a background in production planning * B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, logistics, or equivalent experience * Proven experience in working with AI LLMs
– must * Demonstrated experience collaborating with advanced AI tools (Cursor, Aera, Palantir etc…)
– significant advantage * Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications. * Excellent verbal and written English skills – mandatory. * Prior experience in a high-pressure production environment with various constraints. * Proven problem-solving, analytical, and complex modeling skills. * Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management staff. * Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Operational Excellence unit to improve the dairy’s performance and serve as a member of the plant’s management team. * Act as the professional authority for implementing and managing knowledge in operational excellence. * Coach, mentor, and build capabilities of managers and employees to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, production, service, safety, and quality. * Manage a team of excellence leaders, including training, guidance, and employee development. * Drive collaboration across interfaces, overcome resistance, and strengthen engagement and trust in the process. * Lead operational excellence processes: mapping, analyzing, and improving workflows; developing and embedding work standards. * Implement operational excellence projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and meeting targets. * Promote the language of excellence and communicate achievements and successes across the plant. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree – mandatory. Industrial Engineering & Management or Master’s degree – an advantage. * At least 3 years of experience as an Operational Excellence leader or Production Manager in a process-based manufacturing plant – mandatory. * Experience in matrix management and project leadership – mandatory. * Experience in leading change and implementing LEAN methodology – advantage. * Experience in the food industry – advantage. * High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) – mandatory.

In this role, you will develop and manage technical documentation for advanced unmanned aircraft systems that integrate complex mechanical assemblies, electrical hardware, embedded software, control systems, production processes, and operational workflows.
