A leading industrial company that develops and manufactures plastic products for the international market is seeking a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management, including supplier quality, quality control, failure investigations, and ISO processes. This role involves leading a team of four employees and ensuring continuous improvement in quality standards and processes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the quality department, overseeing a team of four employees. * Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards. * Oversee supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and corrective actions. * Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Lead and manage ISO certification processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to enhance product quality and efficiency. * Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. * Conduct training and awareness programs to enhance quality culture within the organization. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Quality Manager in an industrial/manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics industry. * Strong knowledge of quality control processes, supplier quality management, and ISO standards. * Experience leading a team and driving quality improvement initiatives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Proficiency in quality management systems and tools. Juganu is seeking a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager QACM, that will be responsible for the overall quality of the company. The QACM will develop and implement a system for quality and reliability testing for the company and it’s products. The QA work with all groups in the company, customers (internal and external), and suppliers to identify challenges and improvement opportunities, analyze the root cause, and following up the relevant corrective and preventive actions: Responsibilities * Create and maintain the QA policy and system for the company * Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery * Work with the company teams to improve internal processes * Improve the quality of products while performing failure analysis, corrective and preventive actions * Identify business opportunities, facilitate RCA and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce labor and overhead costs * Lead Nonconformance and CAPA activities * Work with the buyers and strategic suppliers to enhance the quality of vendors * Perform internal and external training * Perform internal and external Quality audits * Maintain compliance with local and international federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies * The QM will report Chief Operations and Customer Success Officer Requirements * B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electronics engineering
– an advantage * Relevant experience * Experience in a multidisciplinary, dynamic environment * Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards mandatory, knowledge in ISO 27000 standards advantage * Knowledge in UL, NOM, FCC certifications
