The PA will ensure smooth coordination of schedules, travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) , timely execution of travel and meeting arrangements, and provide reliable support that enables the executives to focus on their core responsibilities. Responsibilities Executive Support (3 C-level executives) * Full calendar ownership: scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing conflicts, and optimizing time management. * Booking and managing travel: flights, hotels, transportation, changes and abroad needs. * Managing communication, coordination of meetings, logistics, and ongoing relationship touchpoints. * Focus on interfaces (our partners) on behalf of the CMO : coordinating meetings and business trips, gifts and more. * Supporting the executives on personal needs: vacations, orders, accounts, deliveries, evening meetings, personal support. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience as an PA supporting senior leadership. * Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. * High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities. * Tech-savvy, comfortable with productivity tools (G-Suite, Slack, Notion/Jira/Asana, etc.).
