6. This role requires strategic leadership to drive end-to-end product development, from backend and frontend to infrastructure, DevOps, and QA. As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape engineering culture, influence company strategy, and ensure our technology delivers real, measurable impact for enterprises. Requirements: * Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments. * Strategic thinker who can deconstruct complex problems and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions. * Solid track record designing and implementing distributed systems using microservices and cloud-native patterns. * Background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience building large-scale B2B SaaS systems on public cloud infrastructure. * Self-driven, curious, and takes initiative.
