• Aliyah populations. This role involves coordinating a full schedule of webinars, open forums, and special virtual events that help guide and support Olim throughout their Aliyah journey. The ideal candidate is organized, tech
• savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects while collaborating with staff, presenters, and external partners. You’ll oversee scheduling, logistics, communication, and the technical backend of live events to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for participants. This position requires a flexible schedule. Approximately 50% of the work can be completed during standard Israel business hours, while the remaining 50% will take place in the evenings to align with North American time zones and live webinar programming. • up emails Running the technical backend during live webinars (during evening hours) Collaborating with the Marketing team on promotion and social media outreach Publishing recordings and maintaining webinar archives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management (or related field). Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong technical proficiency (Zoom, YouTube, Google Suite) Fluent English; Hebrew proficiency preferred Passion for Nefesh B’Nefesh’s mission and the Aliyah process Ability to work 50% during Israel business hours and 50% in evenings according to webinar programming If you’re creative, detail
