Responsibilities:

• Work in a B2B environment

• Assist business partners with technical issues as well as customer service needs

• Examine, analyze, troubleshoot and direct technical issues to the relevant

• Full responsibility to Support and maintain the organization’s trading platforms

• Willing to work Friday’s (instead of Sunday) on occasions when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in technology fields (Computer Science, Engineering)

• At least 2 years of experience with Tier 2 technical support in a global company

• Experience in SQL querying and managing data

• Good understanding and knowledge in networking

• Previous experience in an online company – An advantage

• Fluent English (Both speaking and writing) – MUST

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and respond to multiple requests in dynamic working environment

• Ability to learn new technologies and tools rapidly

• Team player, multi-tasking capabilities
