Natasha Denona Brand is looking for a Producer to join our team! As a Producer at Natasha Denona, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process for our diverse range of high-quality beauty content! Day to day: * Photo Shoot Coordination: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of photo shoots for product campaigns, editorial content, and brand imagery. * Model Booking: Collaborate with creative teams to identify and book models that align with the brand’s aesthetic and campaign objectives. Liaise with modeling agencies, negotiate contracts, and manage model schedules. * Production Management: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring that all elements are well-coordinated and executed within established timelines. * Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stylists, hair and makeup artists, and other creative professionals to bring the brand’s vision to life. * Timeline Management: Develop and manage comprehensive shoot timelines, ensuring all the participants are aware of key deliverables, milestones, and deadlines. Monitor progress, proactively identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in production management, with a focus on photo shoots and model booking. * Previous experience in the fashion or beauty industry is highly desirable! * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail in coordinating shoot logistics, selecting models, and overseeing all aspects of the production process.
