About the Role We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition ( / TA Lead, depending on candidate profile) to lead our recruiting efforts across Israel and the US and play a key role in scaling 4M. This is a hands
• on managerial position where you’ll shape the strategy, manage execution, and ensure we’re attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in a highly competitive market. You’ll be a trusted partner to our leadership team, helping us build the teams that will power our next stage of growth
