Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates / individuals involved.
• Act as the initial point of contact for all system related concerns from clients or other employees.
• Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to the system troubleshooting and usage.
• Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides.
• Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnoses.
• Resolve technical issues related to Bluetooth GPS WIFE and cellular network.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field – Must.
• Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software – Preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services (T2 or T3) – Must.
• Experience in the role of Technical Support, in a company dealing in the field of IOT and developing a multidisciplinary product based on hardware, software, cloud, web and mobile applications.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers – Must.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently – Must.
• Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS – Must.
• Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, in addition to other remote access desktop programs, CRM’s.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
• Perfect English (working with Americans) – Must.
• Willingness to work during US hours (part of the time) – Must.

The company is located in Shefayim.

Scope of the position: full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 09:00 – 18:00 + overtime if necessary. Willingness to work during US hours (part of the time).

Work in a hybrid model (three days from the office and two days from home).
