• Act as the company sales and BD leader • Develop and execute the company strategy and go to market • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets • Build the company’s sales infrastructure and organization • Responsible for the entire sales process – build the target list, lead creation, preliminary customer engagement, ongoing account management, deal closure… • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, R&D and Customer Success to develop a sustainable “value proposition” to drive sales results • Educate customers about the company’s solution and unique value proposition

• Led sales teams in early stage startups as well as large enterprises • Proven success in generating the first sales and/or business successful turn around • Proven success in defining and executing company strategy • Proven experience in building the sales and channel infrastructure • Proven experience as the first sales person • Proven experience in successfully managing all sales cycle, meeting /exceeding targets, plus strong selling and closing abilities • Experience leading strategic BD / OEM engagements (with service providers, manufacturers) • Multi-disciplinary, hands-on experience with customers across multiple domains and industries (such as smart manufacturing, utilities, IoT platforms, manufacturers, Telcos …) – a significant advantage • Security background – an advantage • Must be hands-on, driven, smart with the ability to hit the ground running • 10+ years of B2B software sales • Strong presentation capabilities and communication skills • Personal characteristics: business and results driven, strategic thinker, strong execution capabilities, highly organized, must win approach, hungry to close deals, excellent communications skills, independent, reliable, sharp, creative, hard worker, open minded, fast learner • BSc in Computer Science / Engineering / other relevant disciplines • Travel – as needed, at least 25% * משרה מס׳ #146382 מיועדת לגברים ונשים כאחד
