Capability of identifying customer pain points, requirements, and potential business opportunities

Fast learner who can explain complex issues clearly.

Experience with the start-up (hi-tech) industry is an advantage

Able to hold intelligent and engaging conversations and deliver our value offering through email, LinkedIn, and other mediums

1+ years of experience with inside sales, business development, customer service, telemarketing, or call center positions

Experience with core sales tools such as: LinkedIn, salesforce, Hubspot, and similar tools- an advantage

Follow-up on marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities

Reach out to and nurture new marketing leads, providing an appropriate level of information until full qualification for the sales cycle

Profile strategic accounts, identifying key individuals and providing in-depth valuable information to the sales team

Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage

Drive attendance to webinars and conferences

Collaborate with marketing and sales team members on strategic sales approach

Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining the accurate activity of the sales team and lead qualification information on the CRM
