42Studio seeking a full-time marketing manager for one of its clients in the real estate industry. This position will be based out of the offices in Rishon Lezion and will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and possess excellent communication and project management skills. What You'll Do
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that support our business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising
• Develop and manage the company's website and other digital platforms to ensure maximum visibility, user experience, and lead generation
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling content, such as property listings, brochures, and presentations
• Manage the company's public relations, including media relations and press releases
• Develop and manage a marketing budget and track return on investment
• Identify and collaborate with key industry partners and stakeholders to build strategic alliancesדרישות המשרה
Who You Are
• 1-2 years of experience as a marketing manager, with a focus on real estate or a related industry
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and website management platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
