• on, passionate Learning & Development Specialist to drive the design, delivery, and execution of impactful learning initiatives across the site. In this role, you’ll serve as a key subject matter expert and projects owner, collaborating with People team, business stakeholders, and content partners to build and execute learning programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS An MA/MBA in the domain of Human Resources/ Organisational Development / Sociology /Business Administration or related fields 4+ years of hands
• on experience in Learning & Development or a related HR/People role, within organizations with technological focus Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• able to lead multiple learning projects in parallel Experience in working with internal and external content providers Strong communication skills
• able to collaborate and influence without authority Comfortable with data and tools
• experience working with Excel, surveys, etc. Self
• starter, proactive, and highly execution
• oriented Fluent in English (spoken and written)
