You Will Make an Impact By: Supporting supplier quality control, including testing incoming parts and auditing suppliers. Managing tool calibration, both internally and through external labs. Handling Material Review Board (MRB) activities and scrap control. Analyzing customer returns and failure data to identify trends and drive improvements. Leading or participating in Quality Improvement Teams (QIT) and initiatives. Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits for ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 14001). Using quality tools such as FMEA, 8D problem
• solving, and process flow analysis. Driving improvements in calibration processes and supporting site KPIs. Skills You Bring: A relevant engineering degree (Quality, Physics, Optics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science). No prior experience required
• we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Basic understanding of quality tools (e.g., SPC, 8D, FMEA) is a plus. Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Preferred (optional): Exposure to laser technology or semiconductor industry. CQE certification. Experience with mechanical or electrical parts inspection. Familiarity with BI tools.
